Sheree Fuller

Practice Nurse

Sheree is a highly experienced Registered Nurse whose passion lies not only in delivering excellent patient care, but also in supporting GPs to provide the best outcomes for their patients. She understands the challenges GPs face in a busy primary care setting and works alongside them to ease the load, strengthen care coordination, and enhance the patient experience.

With extensive experience in general practice nursing, Sheree provides a broad range of services including:
· Chronic disease management and care planning

· Immunisations and travel vaccinations

· Wound care and health assessments

She has a special interest in Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS) and is a member of the Australian POTS Foundation, advocating for patients and raising awareness in the community.

In her leadership role, Sheree is committed to empowering nurses while ensuring GPs are supported with efficient systems, clinical governance, and a strong team-based approach to care. She works closely with GPs and allied health professionals to create an environment where every patient receives safe, high-quality, and coordinated care.

She is excited to reconnect with the community and continue driving positive change in everyday healthcare.
